Hydraulic actuating gripper is used in Pultrusion machines for Gripping of shaped products. After the heater we put one griper which is operated by a hydraulic system. This whole system is mounted above the puller which holds out FRP profile and support to the pilling system. In this gripping system we get 2000 kgs to 10000 kgs force.

In this gripping system we use Hydraulic cylinders for the gripping system and oil as medium to applied force. This oil is conserved in the oil tank which capacity is 200 Ltr and this oil is auto cooled by a compressor cooled system.

Impregnation is a processing step that strongly affects the process efficiency. Process parameters like speed, temperature, roving yield, and material waste, along with quality aspects like fibre volume fraction and laminate void fraction, are all directly affected by the impregnation process.
